Positions and ranks within a galaxy
Two Warlords can have special powers within a galaxy. One is the Galaxy Commander, who is elected by majority by the members of the galaxy. The other is the Military Strategy Minister appointed by the Galaxy Commander. The rest of the Warlords are “regular members” who are granted voting rights for their own planets.
If you become Commander or Military Strategy Minister in your galaxy, you will receive ministerial bonuses, which will be the equivalent of 10% of the raw materials produced by your plasmators and on your planet. In other words, your production will be 10% higher.
